Requirements
Attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with the
application form for registration.
- Certificate
of proof of age from authority competent to register birth. It should be
in Proforma5or 9 except Defence employee. Xerox copy of birth certificate
is to be countersigned by parents / Legal Guardian.
- A
certificate in respect of SC/ST must be deposited for the child from the
competent authority. If certificate is not available for the child,
parents certificate will be accepted initially.
- A
certificate from civil surgeon / rehabilitation center or any other is to be deposited in respect of
Handicapped child as defined by Govt. of India OM No. 36035/5/88/Estt
(sct) date 04.05.1999.
- A
certificate of retirement / discharge for uniformed Defence employee.
- Residence
certificate from ward councilor/panchayat pradhan along with Xerox copy of
telephone bill or electricity bill.
- While submitting the registration forms
parents must ensure that they are producing proper service certificates from
the department concerned with seal of the competent authority (except Cat
VII)
Parents to note:
- No admission test will be conducted for class
I
- Admission test will be conducted for class II, III & IX as per following schedule.

3.Transfer certificates
duly signed by District Inspector of school, must be submitted at the time of
admission for class II, III & IX.
4. Incomplete forms , underage & overage cases
will be rejected.
5. Forms with wrong information will be rejected
& no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
6. A child must be minimum 5 years old &
maximum 7 years old as on 31.03.2010 for admission in class I
7. Admission will be done strictly as per KVS
admission guidelines for 2010 2011 session.
8. For procuring
registration form attested Xerox copy of the birth certificate of the child is
to be produced.
9.Mere
registration will not confirm right to admission. Admission will be made on the
basis of vacancies available as on date.
10. Admission secured on the basis of any wrong
certificates shall be cancelled by the principal forthwith and no appeal against such action of the
principal shall be entertained.
